As from October 2008 all residential rented properties will require an energy performance certificate (EPC).
HIP Brokers already employ Domestic Energy Assessors in you area creating EPCs for Estate Agents. Therefore, we can offer EPCs at a much reduced rate. Its not just EPC’s!! We also carry out the inventory of the property and so avoiding additional trips to the property by you or your letting agent.
